Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the http://www.myfleurdevie.com website (“Site”) operated by Fleur de Vie, LLC ( “FDV”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

In order to use this Site, you must be at least 18 years or older or 13 years or older with your parent or guardian’s consent. If you do not meet either of these requirements please discontinue use of the Site.

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms please discontinue your use of the Site.

Purchases

If you purchase any products from the Site you will be asked to supply your full name, shipping and billing addresses, payment information, email address and phone number.

If you use this Site to purchase from outside of the United States, you understand that the above information related to your customer account and/or purchases will be transferred to the United States so we may process your order. If you do not want your information transferred, do not place your order.

Content and Reviews

Our Site may allow you to leave reviews and share other information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for this Content and by submitting it to us, by any means, you hereby grant to us the unlimited right to use and reproduce such Content. If you would like your Content removed please contact us at Customer Service.

Links To Outside Websites

Our Site may contain links to websites that are not owned or controlled by FDV. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content and policies of any outside websites. FDV shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages sustained in connection with use of any outside websites.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Cookies and Privacy

FDV is fully committed to protecting your privacy and security when you are using our Site. We want you to be well informed when it comes to how we handle your information; therefore, we created this policy to provide you with everything you need to know.

The types of information we collect from you.
There are two types of information that companies may collect from consumers, 1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and 2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (NonPII).

Examples of PII are, Full name; Home address; Email address; Credit card numbers; Date of birth; Telephone number; Login details for an account on the Site.

Examples of NonPII are, the Country or State in which you reside; Gender; Race; Your age range; ie 30-35 years old; Device ID; IP Address; Cookies.

Which brings us to Cookies. A Cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on your hard drive by your browser. We use the following types of cookies when you visit our Site:
1. Site functionality cookies – these allow you use our Site features, such adding a product to your cart to checkout.
2. Site analytics cookies – these enable us to analyze how all of our customers are using our Site, so we can better serve you while you are using our Site.

We only collect your PII to fill orders placed on the Site; to process payment for those orders; to notify you about the status of your order or to provide you with tracking information; and of course, with your permission, to reach out to you about upcoming sales or promotions. We may collect your NonPII to measure Site traffic and flow to customize features or improve the Site, generally; or to ensure the Site’s content is presented as effective as possible so we can better serve you. We do not share your NonPII with third parties other than our service providers but we reserve the right to do so.

How we protect your information.
FDV uses a Secure Socket Layer or “SSL” to protect your sensitive information such as your name, address, password, and credit card information by encrypting the data during transmission from your computer to our web server. SSL is the standard for web security.

You may place an order by any of the following means:

  2. By Phone by calling 800-326-0360, our customer service is available Monday – Friday 9 am to 4 pm, CST.
  3. By Emailing us at fleurdevieorders@gmail.com
  4. Beauty Advisors, you may contact your beauty advisor if you wish to place an order. If you do not have one, contact us at fleurdevieorders@gmail.com and we will set you up with an advisor.
  5. By mail, you can mail us your order at 3908 Coliseum Blvd., Alexandria, Louisiana 71303.
  6. Stop by our headquarters at 3908 Coliseum Blvd., Alexandria, Louisiana 71303, Monday – Friday, Monday – Friday 9 am to 4 pm, CST.

How to Pay

All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.

Shipping

Order Process Time
We process orders on business days only, typically Monday-Friday. Our usual processing time is 48 hours (except holidays and weekends). If you submit an order on a holiday or weekend we will process that order on the next business day.

Domestic Shipments
All domestic shipments are shipped USPS via Priority, 2 day. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive because the customer has entered an incorrect address.

International Shipments
If you would like to place an order outside of the US, please contact us at fleurdevieorders@gmail.com.

Tracking Your Order
If you would like to track your shipment be sure to provide us with your email address when you place your order. We will send you an email once your order is processed with the tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Product
Damaged or Defective products may be returned directly to us within thirty (30) days of your order date. At our sole discretion, we may issue a store credit or replacement product. Return the damaged or defective product to 3908 Coliseum Blvd., Alexandria, Louisiana 71303, attention Returns. Along with the damaged or defective product, please include a note describing the issue, your name, order number, telephone number, email address and mailing address. Your store credit will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of your return. We recommend using a courier that provides insured tracking services, as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

5 Week Guarantee on Skin Care Products
We love our products and stand behind the amazing results and reviews we have received. But we understand not one skin care product will work for everyone, so we offer a 5 week guarantee on our skin care line. If you are unhappy with any skin care product we will give you a store credit in the amount equal to what you paid for the product you are returning. In order to be eligible for a store credit, you must have ordered the product directly from FDV and you must have used the product as directed.

To receive your store credit you must return the unused product within the 5 week period to 3908 Coliseum Blvd., Alexandria, Louisiana 71303, attention Returns. Along with the unused product, please include a note describing the reasons for the return, your name, order number, telephone number, email address and mailing address. Your store credit will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of your return. We recommend using a courier that provides insured tracking services, as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

All makeup, body and brush sales are final.

Cancellations

To ensure you the best service possible, we try to process all orders immediately; therefore, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted in our system. If you realize you have made an error when ordering or if you would like to cancel a pending order, please contact customer service before 9 am CST the next business day. Once we have processed an order and it has shipped, you will have to return the product using our general return policy or you may contact your Advisor for more information.
